Alright so I am reading this in full light in a situation no one on earth could ever describe as creepy and the last line of this chapter just scared the shit out of me.
This book is great. Why are all of the scariest things set in New England? I am going to finish this tonight, and then I am probably not going to sleep from sheer terror. Which is good, suppose, because it means I can track down the rest of this woman's books (if there are any) and start one of them.
